As part of our
established culture of continue improvement through
total quality management (TQM) we have put in place
periodic customer survey programme which largely
involves sending questionnaires to our client.
This exercise has helped us a lot. We learn a lot
from the exercise. We note individual company’s
compliant and contact to discuss these matters.
We also make plans for specific customers in order
to improve the services we offer.
We also have a place, a sort of scenario. By this
we think in advance of potential problems. We seize
every opportunity to position ourselves more adroitly
in order to maximize flexibility whenever and wherever
it must be applied.
